We had bought a house that had old wall to wall carpeting which was GLUED DOWN not tacked down. The padding was so old in one room it disintegrated but was still adhered to the floor. My husband and I both thought there was no hope and initially we were going to just cover it again. But Carlos came to the rescue. The floors look brand new!! They did an amazing Job!!
